Before you move forward with the account closure, please ensure:
The balance in your XBBIT wallet is less than $100 (in USD₮ equivalent).
There are no ongoing withdrawals or deposits.
All active trades on the Trade page have been finalized.
If the conditions above are met and you're set on discontinuing your XBBIT account, here's the procedure:
Launch the XBBIT app and head to the Settings section.
Tap on the Data & Privacy option.
Choose the Delete your XBBIT account option.
To proceed, confirm the action either through your PIN or your biometric verification for heightened security.
Upon confirming the account closure, you'll be immediately logged out. Your account is then marked for termination, which will be finalized after a 72-hour window. During this period, you won't be granted access to your account, and re-registering with the same email becomes unfeasible.
