Required documentation

  • Letter of authorization

    • Certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum & articles of association (or by-laws)

  • Business registration document/certificate of incumbency/company search report (dated within the last 6 months)

  • Proof of business address (issued within the last 3 months)

  • Proof of Shareholders (or Members) Registration (issued or version within 6 months)

  • Proof of Directors Registration (issued or version within 6 months)

  • Company Ownership Structure indicating the ultimate individual shareholders (for multiple-layers company only)

Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (holding more than 25%)

  • Proof of identity: e.g., Passport, Identity card, Driving license

  • Selfie with proof of identity

  • Proof of address: e.g., Bank statement (issued within the last 3 months), Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), Government-issued documents

Great choice! Kindly provide a document, image, or screenshot that displays your "current" virtual asset balance from a bank or exchange. Just make sure it shows a total balance surpassing USD300,000.

  • Any virtual-related assets document shall indicate the company’s wallet address and account profile.

  • Annual financial statements or tax statements audited (within a year) by an independent third party are acceptable on a case-by-case basis.
